ABOUT CAMIELLE

My name is Camielle “Cami” Hefty. I am a Board-certified and Licensed Massage Therapist. I graduated from Alexandria School of Scientific Therapeutics, Inc. in 2006 and have been massaging alongside Chiropractors ever since. I understand that every person has unique challenges and preferences, and I pride myself on being able to hone into the needs of each individual. I specialize in deep tissue therapeutic massage with the intention of correcting postural deviations as well as relieving muscular pain and dysfunction. I have a knowledge of and a passion for many different specialties including myofascial release, prenatal (pregnancy) massage, Swedish massage, TMJ disorder, sports massage, sinus drainage, craniosacral therapy, Raindrop therapy, hot/cold stone therapy, and Reflexology. I enjoy working with patients who want to overcome ongoing muscular pain and discomfort by educating them on self-care to progressively reach a point of living without pain and soreness in order to live happier, healthier lives.
